Hi Dorie Flacy If you're receiving the message Runtime Error while trying to launch pogo games within the AOL software, it means that the version of Java installed on your computer might not be compatible with AOL. Pogo Games rely upon Java to function correctly. This runtime error may be caused by a recent upgrade of this Java program. Don't worry! To resolve the issue, you just need to uninstall and reinstall the version of Java that works well with the AOL software. Follow the instructions below to uninstall and reinstall Java on your computer. Note: Like most software applications, when you connect to the Internet, Java may provide periodic automatic updates to its software, which potentially could re-create this very issue. Please go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features, then look for and use the Java 2 Runtime Environment Uninstaller to remove. If you do not see Java 2 Runtime Environment , select the Java program listed in the Add or Remove Programs window. Click the link below to download and install back java . http://javadl.sun.com/webapps/download/AutoDL?BundleId=45835 32-bit version 64-bit version If issue persist also try to download the latest AOL : Please go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features, then look for and use the AOL Uninstaller to remove AOL accordingly. Done that, reinstall AOL once again using the following download link: http://daol.aol.com/software/95/ <If this post helps to resolve your issue, please click the "Propose as Answer" If you find it helpful , mark it as helpful by clicking on "Vote as Helpful" button at the top of this message.
